Subscription box shipping schedule

The Calligraphy Boxes are shipped on or around the 7th of each month. You will be notified by email when your box has been posted.

UK subscription box deliveries are free and will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-3 days (excluding Sunday).
USA subscription box deliveries are free and are shipped from our base in Indiana via USPS Ground (1-5 days).
International deliveries are sent via UPS and the delivery window is 3-5 days (Europe) and 5-10 days (worldwide). However, each country may add additional time for customs checks.

Your first box will be shipped to you within a couple of days of your subscription being set up. All following boxes will then be shipped in the first full week of the month. 

If you subscribe in the last week of the month, we will ship your first box straight away, and then you second box will be shipped around five weeks later in the following month's shipment. However, if you would prefer to have it sooner, then just send us an email at hello@thecalligraphybox.com and we will arrange that for you.

damaged, lost or missing goods

The delivery periods described above in the shipping section are estimates given by our couriers. The arrival of your box may extend outside these estimates and this is out with our control as it can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box has not arrived, has been damaged or has items missing, please get in touch with us to remedy the situation. You can get in touch over email to hello@thecalligraphybox.com.

returns

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your items then you can do this. You have 21 days from your order being delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the subscription box or shop order and packaging must be unopened and in the same condition as it was shipped.

Please follow these instructions - 
1. Let us know that you are going to be returning your box by sending us an email to hello@thecalligraphybox.com.
2. Securely seal your subscription box with packaging and clearly write your name visibly on the box. 
3. Post the box to us and obtain a receipt as proof of postage. The cost of shipping must be covered by you. If you are in the USA, this must be sent to our USA office, we will give you the delivery details when you email us. If you are in the UK, or anywhere else in the world, it must be shipped to our UK delivery address. 
4. Once we have received the returned box, we will issue a refund to the original payment method which can take 3-5 working days.

We package and ship all shop orders within two business days from our Scottish studio. 

UK shop orders have two options for delivery - standard (Royal Main Tracked 48) and express (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Both options do incur a charge. 

USA & International shop orders are sent via UPS with full tracking and we do charge for this. USA orders are delivered typically 3-6 working days and other international destinations can take up to 10 working days. 

Advent Calendars - All advent calendar orders in the USA are now shipped from our Indiana base directly to you. You will receive an email once your calendar has been shipped and it will be delivered within the first couple of weeks of November.
