These are the terms and conditions for The Calligraphy Box. By subscribing to or purchasing The Calligraphy Box, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
The Calligraphy Boxes are shipped within the first full week of each month. You will be notified by email when your box has been posted.
UK delivery is free and will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, 2-3 days (excluding Sunday).
International delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked and the delivery window is 3-5 days (Europe) and 5-10 days (worldwide). However, each country may add additional time for customs checks.

Your first box will be shipped to you within a couple of days of your subscription being set up. All following boxes will then be shipped in the first full week of the month.
If you subscribe in the last week of the month and you are a beginner when we will ship your first box within a couple of days. If you subscribe in the last week of the month and you are not a beginner, then we will wait to ship your first box with the next batch shipment in the first full week of the following month.
Payments & Delivery
Billing Date- 1st of each month
Your first payment will be taken the day that you subscribe. The following payments will be taken on the 1st of the each month.
All our subscriptions auto-renew, except for our gift subscriptions which are paid for upfront.
The delivery periods described above in the shipping section are estimates given by the Royal Mail. The arrival of your box may extend outside these estimates and this is out with our control as it can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box has not arrived, has been damaged or has items missing, please get in touch with us to remedy the situation. You can get in touch with us here.
The contents of the boxes will be different each month but will always include what is listed on the home page in the 'What's in each box' section'.
PAUSE / cancel / commitment periods
You can pause your subscription for one or two months at anytime. You can do this by emailing us or by logging in to your account. Go to the 'Subscriptions' page and then click 'Manage'. At the bottom on the page click 'Subscription settings'. You can then choose how long you would like to pause your subscription for.
If you would like to cancel your subscription then we are sad to see you go, but you are able to do this by logging in to your account. Go to the 'Subscriptions' page and then click 'Manage'. At the bottom on the page click 'Subscription settings'. You can then choose to cancel your subscription.
Please note, if you have selected a subscription that gives you a lower price in exchange for a commitment period, you will not be able to cancel your subscription until this commitment period is completed. However, you can still pause your subscription at anytime.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your box then you can do this. You have 21 days from your box being delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the subscription box and packaging must be unopened and in the same condition as it was shipped. Please follow these instructions -
1. Let us know that you are going to be returning your box by sending us a message here.
2. Securely seal your subscription box with packaging and clearly write your name visibly on the box.
3. Post the box to us and obtain a receipt as proof of postage. The cost of shipping must be covered by you.
4. Once we have received the returned box, we will issue a refund to the original payment method which can take 3-5 working days.
