By subscribing to or purchasing The Calligraphy Box, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

subscription cut off window

Your first box will be shipped to you within a couple of days of your subscription being set up. All following boxes will then be shipped in the first full week of the month. 

If you subscribe in the last week of the month, we will ship your first box straight away, and then you second box will be shipped around five weeks later in the following month's shipment. However, if you would prefer to have it sooner, then just send us an email at hello@thecalligraphybox.com and we will arrange that for you. 

Payments & Delivery

Billing Date - 1st of each month
Your first payment will be taken the day that you subscribe. The following payments will be taken on the 1st of the each month. 


Auto-renewal

All our subscriptions auto-renew, except for our gift subscriptions which are paid for upfront.

The contents of the boxes will be different each month but will always include what is listed on the home page in the 'What's in each box' section'. 

PAUSE / cancel / commitment  periods

You can pause your subscription for one or two months at anytime. You can do this by emailing us at hello@thecalligraphybox.com.

If you would like to cancel your subscription then we are sad to see you go, but you are able to do this by logging in to your account. Go to the 'Subscriptions' page and then click 'Manage'. At the bottom on the page click 'Subscription settings'. You can then choose to cancel your subscription. 

Please note, if you have selected a subscription that gives you a lower price in exchange for a commitment period, you will not be able to cancel your subscription until this commitment period is completed. However, you can still pause your subscription at anytime.

damaged, lost or missing goods

The delivery periods described above in the shipping section are estimates given by our couriers. The arrival of your box may extend outside these estimates and this is out with our control as it can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box has not arrived, has been damaged or has items missing, please get in touch with us to remedy the situation. You can get in touch over email to hello@thecalligraphybox.com.
