No physical gift card is sent. An email with the gift voucher code will be sent to you (or to the person's details when added at the checkout). This voucher code can automatically be used on this website at the checkout when purchasing shop items or subscriptions.
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months.

Delivery
All of our products are dispatched from our Scottish studio within 1-2 working days. Wax seal orders are shipped within 4-5 working days.
UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail 24 (express) or 48 (standard) and International parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked (5-10 working days). International deliveries may take longer depending on the customs process in your country.
Returns
If your package hasn't been delivered, arrives with missing items or has been damaged during delivery, please email hello@thecalligraphybox.com. If you would like to return an item then please also get in touch via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned to us for a full refund if they are unused and in good condition.
